6th & 8th Grade Orientation

6th Grade Orientation: 

The transition into Middle School can seem a little intimidating. However we want to be intentional in making your student feel welcome over here at the Pier. During this time students and their parents will go over the summer calendar, meet the group leaders, and attend class.

8th Grade Orientation: 

As a student, the transition from Middle School into High School is an exciting moment your life. It is usually around these times that we are able to play the sports we want, join that one club, or get our license. This season of life is also an intimidating one. As all these changes are occurring, we want your student to feel welcomed into our High School ministry. We will gather together at the Pier at 12:15pm to go over what this transition will look like for your student.

  • 6th graders will be walked from their classes to the Pier during the 10:45 service.

  • 8th graders and their parents will meet at the Pier at 12:15
